Karthik Mangu

Co-Founder & CEO

Karthik Mangu, Co-founder of Kogniverse, has dedicated his life to mentorship, driven by his belief that "leaders create leaders." The concept of Kogniverse incubated in his mind for over a decade, fueled by his passion for fostering a research ecosystem that provides young minds with the right environment, mentorship, and resources to thrive. With Anitha Jain, he built Kogniverse to offer students global exposure, hands-on research opportunities, and mentorship from some of the world’s most accomplished scholars.

His academic journey is distinguished, marked by a gold medal from NIPER-Hyderabad, a premier pharmaceutical education and research institution, along with 99.5+ percentiles in GATE and GPAT. With extensive IB experience, he has mentored over 1,000 students, helping them secure positions at top universities and research institutions worldwide. Karthik believes that Kogniverse is more than a platform; it is a movement dedicated to igniting young potential and shaping future leaders through discovery, resilience, and purposeful learning.

Anitha Jain

Co-Founder

Anitha brings a wealth of corporate expertise to Kogniverse, joining forces in a mission to revolutionize students learning. As a Director of a leading technology company and a bank, and a Computer Science Gold Medalist, she holds specialized certifications in overseas education, student profile building, and career counseling. The idea of Kogniverse draws inspiration from Anitha's personal journey as a parent. After a thorough search for quality research programs for her son, she recognized a gap in preparing students for university and beyond, particularly in critical thinking and problem-solving. Motivated by this realization, she teamed up with Karthik to bring Kogniverse to life. Since turning her vision into reality, Anitha has been passionately committed to shaping the future of learning and empowering students to reach their highest potential through kogniverse.

Dr. Chandraiah Godugu

Chief Research Advisor,
Assistant Professor — NIPER Hyderabad

Dr. Chandraiah Godugu is an esteemed academician spearheading the Biological Sciences group at NIPER Hyderabad. Additionally, he is credited as an NGCMA Fellow, GLP Inspector, and a certified toxicologist from the American Board of Toxicology. Beyond his 14+ years of research experience in drug delivery, toxicology, nanomedicine, and organ fibrosis, Dr. Godugu’s other accomplishments include publications exceeding 200 with a cumulative impact factor of over 950, total citations of above 7800 and H-Index -44, making him a leading voice in his field. He is dedicated to fostering next-generation researchers and has so far guided 25 PhDs, Post-Doctorals and over 80 Masters students.He has been consistently ranked among the top 2% of global scientists for five years.
